Restaurants & Bars: The stylish Helmsman bar with snack menu and full bar is an ideal place to catch up with friends and enjoy an evening of light entertainment. The elegant Cafe Paradise offers a full range of Western and Asian cuisine delights for breakfast and lunch. A speciality lunch menu is featured as well as a comperehensive drink list.
The Gallery: Located on the second floor, an elegant evening dining experience featuring a changing Californian/Asian Fusion Cuisine Menu created by our team of talented Chefs. Their inspirations are drawn from the dramatic Art pieces of the monthly changing exhibits of famous Vietnamese Artists. The Gallery offeres both A-La-Carte dining, special set Menus and fine wines at affordable prices.
Mai Kinh cafe: glass covered out-door terase seating area allows alfresco dining at lunch and for evenings. Cocktails and barbecues are not to be missed under the stars.
Other Facilities: The Living Room is a tranquil nook of the main lobby offering a well stocked assortment of cigars, cognacs and whiskeys.
