The hotel has 2 buildings: a 7 story 3 star building and a 3 story building for budget and domestic travelers. The hotel faces fascinating Halong bay and all the rooms have a sea view.
Cong Doan has 144 international standard rooms, 2 restaurants with a total of 300 seats and 2 fully equipped conference halls that can accommodate big social or business event. |

Located in a spacious and breathtaking area facing Halong bay in the center of Bai Chay, Cong Doan Hotel is just 600m to the central post office and about a 5 minute drive to the Halong Jetty. The hotel is opposite Discotheque 2000 in Royal Park and 50m to the sea. |

Family room: rooms in the middle of floor 5. All the rooms have a double queen-size bed and a twin bed. The room also has a table and chair for guests. Bathrooms have bathtubs.
First Class: spacious rooms from floor 6 up. The rooms are fully equipped with modern facilities and decoration. Bathrooms are clean. Cabin shower.
Second Class: 66 rooms from 1st floor to 4th floor. The
area is the same as first class but the facilities are a bit
older. Bathroom has a shower.
Third Class: 22 rooms, very basic with private bathroom with shower, air conditioner, television, telephone and mini bar. Facilities are dated.
