Sofitel Dalat Palace's Overview Built in 1922 this French colonial style hotel places special emphasis on preserving its unique and historical architecture. Renovations in 1995 have retained the original colonial style, blending the old French with traditional Vietnamese hospitality. Sofitel Dalat was accredited as a 5-star hotel in February 1998 by the Vietnam National Administration for Tourism and is a favourite destination for honeymooners. Only Deluxe rooms and other higher room types can accommodate extra beds.
